I understand I cannot access iCloud from my iPad.
Yet, I also am told I cannot set up rules for nail on my iPad unless I do it at the iCloud site.
How do I deal with this when I cannot use my desktop...and keep getting new spam on iPad?

I bought an app from App Store and my credit card transaction was authenticated and processed before app download. I saw the transaction in my credit card account. After few days now whenever I logging to App Store to update any existing app or download a new app it gives me a message that there was some issue in my last transaction and asks for my credit card details. i mostly want to stream music. this works well from my PC running iTunes. my iPad does not show the AirPlay button though. Remote works well though and i can also command my PC to use AirPort as speaker remotely.
